Possibly the best way to show our kids the damage they are doing to their brains being on video games all day long is to drink as long as they are playing. Watching our drunk asses should be enough of a clue as to how badly their brain is rotting. Or maybe it will annoy them just enough to leave the damn house!

This sad news flashed on my phone this week – the Motley Crue tour featuring Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett has been postponed. My 1980s hairband self will once again be stuck at Home Sweet Home this summer.

Instead of “Dear Abby,” I’d like to start a self-help column called “Dear Martini.” I mean, it’s really your cocktail that listens to all your BS and then gives you the courage to fix yourself, right?

As we ease into dining out again, I suggest restaurants stay away from kitschy drink names that include Corona, Rona, Quarantine or COVID. Try something more like “The Antibody Toddy” or “The Vaccinator.” I really don’t want to ingest something named for the virus I have been insanely trying to avoid for the past three months.

I need to invest in more tube tops for this outdoor dining. My tans lines are starting to look like a farmer on a map of Spaghetti Junction.

Now that I have access to more and more people, I’m realizing that I missed people less and less.
Hoping we can all learn to drink together, regardless of race, creed or sexual orientation. This Boozy chick loves you all!
